I disable it in SA app - Notifications - Settings - "Phone-looking" icon on the top - with "waves" - no vibration and it works for me. Can you please tell me your phone model?

Notifications were redesigned in a way when you receive one notification - click will open an article. Click on grouped notifications will open notification tab. Can you please tell the author and name of the article that where shown in push-notifications but then were absent in a tab?
